There’s a lot of on-line scams (thirst traps, cat fishing, blackmail) targeting guys in their teens/early twenties. I understand why his parents are concerned. If he’s financially dependent on his parents it can be harder to break away. When you on-line with your parents, you can argument away from being homeless. You have more mobility than him at the moment. If you both want to see each other that bad, I suggest doing what u/MckittenMan said. Talk to him about splitting the traveling and hotel costs of you visiting him. If you have a hotel room, you’ll both be able to have 1 on 1 time and get know how you really feel with out the influence of others. Remind him not to tell his parents about this plan.

I mean, it's not like you've kept it from her, any more than any other awkward thing you did before you met her that just hasn't come up in conversation.
Though I don't really see the reason to engage with this at all. Just ignore the messages, the scammer will get bored. If the scammer actually sends anything to anyone, then you can explain, and report scammer to the police for distributing child porn (assuming you were under 18).
