1. It doesn’t sound like she did. If she did that knowing then there’s probably an argument here for dickish behaviour, but even then it wouldn’t mean that she’s a cheater.

   But it seems like she likely kissed him because she was drunk and they were at pres having fun and kissed another guy cause she was drunk and wanted to make out then found out from all her friends that he was extremely upset and has feelings for her and felt bad. I’ve been on both ends of the situation ops describing and no one in the situations was so dramatic about it that it ended friendships. You just realise the person’s not that keen on you romantically and move on. It’s just a crush
