The issue is that puppies take years to be reliably trained. That's years of consistent effort. Also, adolescence makes things worse before they get better, and someone that's dealing this badly with a puppy is not going to do any better with an adolescent dog.
Also puppies in rescues get adopted extremely fast.

If you stay, you are teaching your child that it is okay to accept the treatment and dynamic you both have. You both are the first glimpse of what a relationship between adults is like. Do you really want your kid to witness that? Show them that one should tolerate that kind of behavior from someone that is supposed to love you?
Talk to a divorce lawyer and try to find a way to get full custody of your kid. Don’t also abandon your child because they are not at fault here.
