Think about what really makes sense with your GF enjoyable. I'm sure it's not just the physical compatibility, but also some level of emotional connection as well. People often understate the emotional connection, especially when they are younger and are just glad to be having sex.
What I'm getting at is that hookup sex is just sex without that emotional component. You're basically using another person's body to masturbate. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that and both people are on the same page on what they are doing and what it means and what it doesn't mean.
And hookups by no means guarantee good sex. You'd think that people into hooking up would automatically be better in bed than the average person, simply because they clearly enjoy sex, right? Not always the case, and you can ask any person what it's like to hook up with someone who was more into it for the validation than the sex. So in addition to having bad sex, you feel terrible afterwards.
Some people are quite successful at navigating hookup culture, but it's not for everyone. And there's some other stuff for you to consider as well: increase risks of STD's, unwanted pregnancies, and misunderstandings that can sometimes lead to accusations. I'll just leave it at that.
It's ultimately your decision, but I think this is really a “grass is always greener” type of situation.

I actually think that some (not all) of these commenters would be upset at a woman rejecting a man with an ugly penis, but that many people would be fine with it and would respect her decision.
