Prenups exist. One of the main things that I enjoy about being married is that my husband will be able to make medical decisions on my behalf if something were to happen. I know he would make choices that honor my wishes, where my parents/siblings probably would not, and vice versa.
As it relates to OP though, being married is clearly a priority for her, and her partner claims it is for him too. If her partner feels the way that you do, then fine, but he needs to be forward and honest about it, which he is not.
Also if for some reason he is not willing to delete the photos…maybe putting them on private so only he can see for himself and not everyone else? Don't see why he would need them anyways but it's a compromise
