Either buy groceries separate, or set a fixed budget and explain to her that you are willing spend X dollars on groceries, so you need to pick options that fit that amount, or she needs to cover the difference.
As a frugal guy myself, I would question whether someone who falls for marketing and branding is a good fit for me and my life goals. Can she explain why she chooses the branded products?
