What has she done in that time? Has she gone to a therapist? Is she on meds? What about the addictions? What is the story on that. She needs to come clean to you. If she is in therapy, you both need to be in one or more of her sessions. And frankly, the therapist needs to be told “You need to make sure she tells me everything.”
Did she do this crap to anyone else? If so, she needs to completely clean to them. She needs to be 100% open and honest.
She also needs to pay you and everyone back. Every single cent. Anything she sold, she needs to get back or give you the money for if you don't want it.
