I’m responding to you saying you don’t care about the cheaters privacy. No matter what the circumstances, invading someone’s privacy is wrong. Even if you actually catch them doing something wrong. So finding out it happened again isn’t necessarily going to change anything. And reacting to shitty behaviour with more shitty behaviour doesn’t make her better.
As far as her asking for advice… my advice would be, if you can’t trust your partner to tell you the truth and feel like snooping through their phone is the only option you should have left a long time ago.
