From my experience being in a relationship with GF of 3 years, it’s ok to feel attracted to people of opposite sex, that is a basic human behavior and you shouldn’t feel guilty or whatnot because of those feelings.
What’s important is that you don’t act on any of those feelings. OP’s gf was doing so somewhat by saying she’d take pictures of her “work crush” for her friends, and that doesn’t seem normal.
What she could have done instead is talked about her attraction towards that guy with OP and communicated something along the lines of “this guy is aesthetically pleasing but OP is cuter/hotter and is who I have feelings for”.
This wouldn’t be the first nor the last time this scenario comes up here, and it ALWAYS turns out that the partner was lying about it because they were insecure and were trying to get the other person to confess to cheating or give them unhealthy reassurance of their own insecurities.
