I’m not sure, there are a few options, but most of them are things that a partner would gift her, rather a child (ie romantic get away, boudoir shoot and the like)
Things like spa days etc might work, but they may also feed into her downward spiral.
You could (all you siblings) do a video montage about her, maybe like a documentary, where you all take turns to describe her, and how she has impacted your lives etc, that way hopefully she’ll feel better and also have it to hand if she ever needs to be reminded how great she is.
Hopefully you get some other, better ideas, and I hope your mom has a wonderful birthday.
Yeah I prefer my bf with a beard but if he decides to shave it I’m not gonna be fucking weird about it. I’d expect the same if I did something major with my body. At the end of the day, we all have to do what makes us happy and comfortable in our own body. If a partner of multiple years can’t see past a cosmetic change to continue loving me, they didn’t love me in the first place.
I’m genuine.

She has more choices though as she can still abort. Therefore it's not equality.
