No sweetie. People are concerned because you’re toxic who can’t understand what he’s going through despite losing someone important. That just makes you a miserable and selfish person.
He doesn't respect your personal autonomy. Nor do I think he has any self respect if he is willing to literally beg for it. If he is pestering you three times a day and you are giving in each time then I don't blame you for being exhausted. Unfortunately I don't think simply putting your foot down and refusing him is going to be a solution if you want to make the relationship work. If begging doesn't work, he will try something else until you give in. Negotiations, trading for something, guilt trips, etc.
My advice would be to set a boundary and a schedule since his body seems to operate like that.
“I enjoy sex with you but doing it three times a day takes the fun out of it for me and I feel its important that I also enjoy it. Maybe we can cut back to four mornings every week.”
This will give you some breathing room while giving him something to look forward to.

You really should listen to your friend. Everything he said is dead on. He was patient and kind to explain it to you. And why would he say that except to try to protect you from making a huge mistake? I know you aren’t going to listen to him because you have live goggles on, but you WILL regret this if you continue.
