To me, if you're in couple therapy when you've been together a year, the relationship is doomed.
The 1st few years, relationships are easy. You're supposed to be in the phase where you can't keep your hands off each other, don't want to spend time apart, etc. When that phase's over, that's when relationships become hot to maintain.
If you have to force things at this point, that's a tell-tale sign that the relationship is not supposed to be.
You're very young. You know that it's more than likely that she had sex with these people behind your back.
Just end things and move on. Yes, it might be hot and you will suffer. But if you try to hold on this relationship, you'll just suffer more and longer and you'll end up regretting not leaving at this point.

You should dump him just incase your future boyfriend comes along. Just so you know for future, cheaters often blame the other person to try and alleviate their own guilt. He cheated because he wanted to and he is a shitty person. The rest of the shit that comes out his mouth is just noise. Bail on that relationship, so many other people who havent betrayed you out there.
