OP, he is under investigation for something. You need to distance yourself. That’s going to be hard, but it’s going to be the right choice. You have your whole life ahead of you. Do you even have the full story, or just whatever nonsense your boyfriend gave you? You can look up police reports and court records yourself.
What if whatever he’s being investigated for is legitimate, charges are filed, he’s prosecuted, found guilty, and he goes to prison? Are you going to stay with him? What are the charges? Embezzlement? Fraud? Revenge porn? CP? He could go away for a long, long time, OP. Sometimes love isn’t enough. He could have made a stupid mistake, or he could be a bad, bad character.
