It's a good idea for everyone to get tested regularly. Sounds like she's saying she thought to go get tested because her friend contracted an STI and it made her think about it. Not because she was worried about getting gonorrhea from her friend.

You need to tell her what you found. Let her read this. You weren’t snooping intentionally but the universe wanted you to know the truth. It is a crime in many places not to disclose such a serious transmittable disease. There is no excuse from her end for not telling you. This is a really big thing to lie about. What else is she hiding?
