I had an epididymovasostomy, basically a resection of the vas to remove blockage and reestablish proper function. During the procedure they harvested sperm directly from the testes for IVF. It was a success and our son turned 18 recently. It is not a 100 percent fix, of course nothing is, but hopefully a viable option for you. Best of Luck!
