I see that a lot around here, someone being mistreated and the one doing it excuses it away by saying it’s because they were hurt in the past, cheated on, etc. While these might be reasons, they are far from acceptable excuses, and if you ever have one try it on you, shut that shit right down by saying “I will NOT be punished for other peoples offenses with you.”
Before this relationship i had a serious relationship and got cheated. I took my time heal and moved on. No we were not friends before nor talked to each other at all it happened so random. I am trying to spend time with her as much as possible but I’m working and i am only free on the weekends she is not working at the moment she is at home all the time and expect me to talk to her 24/7 which is draining me. i don’t know i have this weird feeling that she is way too serious for only 2 months of being in a relationship

She did accuse me of financial abuse, her solicitor had to explain that you can't just retire at 39 and demand to have all your wants paid for as you're expected to work once your kids are late teens

You didn't do anything wrong. You like this girl. You want to be with this girl. You're happy with her. Don't let what other people may or may not think interrupt that.
