You lost me. OP, he's with you now. He shouldn't be telling her he thinks of their memories and wishes they could've been more. That means that he still thinks about her like that and wishing they could've been more sounds like there's a reason they CAN'T be together now, like your relationship with him or her relationship with somebody else.
This stinks of two people mutually cheating with each other in their respective relationships, even if it isn't physical. They're looking back on their relationships like they had fun and wishing they could've gone longer, but not acting on it.
My fear is: what if he is hiding something dangerous about his mental health and we leave him alone facing it?
I’ve seen some documentaries about OF women who didn’t really want to do it, but they felt they had to in order to get money during the pandemic. They started out small but then they kept pushing their boundaries since the market got more saturated.
