I have a couple that are friends and they are completely committed to each other and actually have a very healthy relationship. They love this kind of stuff, so I guess it depends on a case-by-case basis.
It's not shallow. If your sex drives are incompatible it's a valid reason to end a relationships. Some people value more phisical intimacy, and that's totally OK
Why not ask her? If it bothers you, you can always ask her to stop telling you.
You are the abuser he escaped. You verbally and emotionally abused him for years, and he was so devoted to you that he took the abuse
That's what she wants back. Someone who will take the abuse. That's her fantasy, to be the pretty little princes that he's so grateful to have that she can do literally anything to him.
Going through your Comments, you are not ready for Marriage. He told you about the Abuse and explained to you why he didn't want to meet his parents.
But you thought it wasn't so bad?. You didn't take this trauma serious. And how ever naive you are. Who are you to decide how bad or serious his trauma is when he is the one suffering?. You don't trust your Fiance. A relationship without trust won't last.
Just keep it to kid stuff and don’t expect him to attend “family” events as you’re no longer a family and even the most reasonable new partner would likely have an issue with that.
Focus on the coparenting and make some new friends.
I am still friendly with my ex husband and his AP as am I with my current partner’s ex wife and her AP turned husband. But that’s when we are at something for kids. Not for a daily chit chat.

Also, she’s 19. At this young of an age, and especially when alcohol is involved, people throw caution to the wind. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t like you (a lot, even), but it very well might mean that she’s not ready to enter a committed relationship right now. Her priorities could easily be just having fun, and that’s absolutely normal and says nothing negative about you (or her), OP.
That is a HUGE red flag. It could be doubly dangerous for you as an immigrant. Admittedly, I don't know much about immigration policies, but if something happens, will you be able to support yourself here in the US? Please think very carefully about this. Best of luck to you.
Ok, mother here. I was going to give it a pass when I reread it and realized he was on her lap for an hour??bi thought he sat in her lap for a quick hug. Def not normal and very weird to be doing that with new company around.
