I would guess that he's looking for a reason to be mad because he's cheating, and needed an excuse to not sleep with you. Either that, or as others have said he's been using you from day 1. In either case, he sounds unhinged, and possibly dangerous. I would take the baby, find a safe place, start the divorce process and stop the visa process if you can.

Maybe but I've witnessed my mother regress from an adult to a literal child and not recognize anyone other than her own mother and my great-grandma (her grandma) after a mental break so there is more than one way to have mental episodes of some kind. Granted once it happened to my mother and we removed her from the situation that triggered it and took her to the hospital they sedated her and hours later she also came out of it and she fully remembered it but it's scary having your mother look at you and not know you.
People react differently to alcohol, some do things they would never do sober, when they are dead drunk. It of course does not mean she can avoid facing consequences of her actions.
First is hiding that, which is unacceptable, and you should make it clear that it only makes you distrust her, as you know she is willing to hide things from you. Who knows what else you are unaware of?

Finally you now know whay she is capable of doing when she is drunk. She shouldn't ever get drunk in not completely safe environment or without you.
