My parents split up a long time ago since my dad caught my mom cheating and they decided that a divorce would be the best action. Me and my 2 younger siblings stayed with my dad and over time, it'll get better. Your mom deserves better and if the relationship is already ruined, it will usually only get worse the more they try to maintain status quo. Talk to your mom privately and let them settle this issue. So, you can probably learn to live with this. You can learn to not think about it much. You can say your love is more mature and beyond looks, which is all that matters.
But I don’t think you can ever really emotionally recover from learning that your fiancé doesn’t find you very attractive. You really have to ask yourself whether you want that hanging over your head the rest of your life and how you’re going to deal with it every time he meets a new woman, watches porn or comments on an actress in a movie or TV show, because god is this a pathway to serious insecurity.

You’re not a serious girlfriend to him. You’re someone he has sex with when you meet up, but in the weeks when you are apart he sees himself as a single man who can chat and probably fuck other girls.
