2. It's indeed, unusual.. But you can not blamed for having a moment of desperation. High libido, in a relationship and 3 years without sex, is an absolutely valid reason to be desperate and/or collapse

   I've been in a similar situation myself, for 5 years. My advice: do not keep wasting your time with this person.

   There may be many other positive traits. But if you guys haven't been able to communicate properly about this issue in 3 years, odds are good you never will. And this doesn't necessarily mean one of you is bad at communicating, it means you might just be incompatible.

   Of course there is reasons to fight for a relationship, etc. But somebody who is willing to use your body to satisfy themselves with no regards of how you may be feeling or what you want, is a huge red flag, regardless of the situation.
