Yeah. I’m going to wait a while (like a month or less) to see if he’d be open to seeing aCSAT therapist bc we currently have a regular relationship therapist. If he’s not, or still refuses to see a problem… maybe I should let go.
You are keeping score. I do A,B,C,D,E & F. He only does G. What is that if not comparing what you do to what he does? That is scorekeeping, and it pretty much only comes up when one person is doing way more that the other.
