At best, they'd just file a useless report. At worst, they could actually side with and try to help the bf's parents.

Boundaries are important and accommodation is needed for a lot of things. This sounds like she is trying to limit your activities and friendships which would make her need to reflect If she should be dating. Now if she later finds out you were hooking up with Smoky and the Bandit then I would stand corrected.
Plenty of these disputes come down to different expectations of cleanliness. The rule of thumb with living with roommates is that the person who wants it the cleanest will end up doing most of the cleaning. This is why it's useful to set a schedule and do it regardless of whether it's dirty or not. I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the people you are referring to don't have or don't follow a schedule for when to clean things.
