2. In my opinion, it sounds like she's overreacting. Is she entitled to her feelings? Absolutely. But should she stop and really inspect the behavior she deems as being flirty? Also yes. If she thinks that you just being friendly is you flirting with everyone then she should really sit down and do an assessment of what flirting really is.
