thanks for such a detailed response. After reading it all, I'm not quite sure it applies to my situation, I didn't do anything from that list. So may I continue wondering wtf has happened. Or perhaps I shouldn't even try, since she says she doesn't even understand herself?‍♂️

I can see why it's considered an unstable factor in a relationship but I did make it known that sex or physical love is really important to me. So it's not like I'm now coming to her and saying why aren't we having sex and getting upset about it. It was a known desire of mine the whole time. I wouldn't say I was mostly in it for sex because we do have a lot in common and it's not like I don't love her still. Just as a 25 year old it's driving me crazy not having sex at least a little bit more than what we are currently.
