Yes, I don’t trust you. You acted in an untrustworthy manner. You lied to me about what you were doing or going to do with your ex, who was already a messy part of our early relationship, so if you gave a damn about our relationship you should have been extra cautious to act trustworthy and not give me the perception that you were doing anything inappropriate. Instead you lied to me, blew me off for him and prioritized him, and I caught you in an inappropriate situation which altogether makes me question your fidelity and priorities. The only problem here is how you acted, and how you’re acting now by turning it around on me. So we’re done now, the relationship is over and you ended it by making these choices. Instead of focusing on who he used to be, focus on who he is now, which isn't working for you.
Then decid5432wewee what you want to do. You actually know what you should do, but you feel you need external validation to support your decision. No one else is in this relationship.
No one can fully assure you of how things will pan out. But having a gf or a wife can affect things if it requires moving or being abroad. What if she doesnt want to go? What if she doesn't want to move for your job or opportunity? Those are things to know in any relationship, no matter the status (gf vs wife).
