I think you should try to sit down and talk about this with your roommates besides jake, and then you guys all sit down and chat with him to figure it out. Pretty much tell them everything you’ve mentioned here about jake’s behavior. Also don’t say it makes your girlfriend uncomfortabke, try to phrase it like “my girlfriend and I/we” because it’ll show it’s not just her having an issue with him, it’s both of you being made uncomfortable. Jake’s behavior is overall very icky. He makes noise at night, but doesn’t want others doing the same. That’s hypocritical. You’ve tried to be considerate and be quiet, but not willing to even try to compromise. He leaves his door wide open and doesn’t wear headphones. It really seems like he’s trying to listen. It’s weird and not helpful. You’ve been spending more time at you’re girlfriend place because that’s been pretty much the only option that will stop Jake from making comments about hearing you guys being intimate. However, that’s not the best long term solution because it’s your place too and want to be able to live in and feel comfortable in your home, and you want to be able to hang out with your girlfriend and your roommates. If everyone sits down and talks about this with Jake, it might be more effective on getting through to him and will push him in a corner a bit to either try to compromise by closing his door and/or wearing headphones or if he refuses it’ll just demonstrate he’s purposefully being a stubborn jerk and you can cross that bridge if you get to it. I almost want this to be an elaborate cover up because you cheated and let another girl give you a hickey… otherwise the reality is incredibly disturbing. I don't know any parent who would do that to their kid, even as a “joke” (sucking your own offspring's neck doesn't exactly fill me with chuckles). Definitely take space away from your dad, your girlfriend is right to be perturbed.
Why did that comment make you sad exactly? I get that you're broken up here, but you knew all of that already. What did you want to hear, that you should stay in this sham of a marriage?

My own personal advice is that if you can go and enjoy it by yourself and really enjoy and experience everything without a +1 do it! If you are like me (horribly bad anxiety) and find comfort in having someone with you that you know then take her with you, you said y'all are close and get along well in your eyes and MAYBE she just hasn't thought of you guys vibing in that type of situation?
