Time to get back into counseling. Really it takes time to heal, and you will, but give yourself some grace. You've been horribly treated and it's not easy to get over. It's ok to wallow and cry and feel sorry for yourself.
One thing that I find that helps me is to focus on helping other people. Volunteer or do something for a friend. Cook dinner for a group of friends. Have a movie night. Set up some scheduled activities that you can look forward to, such as a weekly ladies lunch or coffee with associates.
