You don't. You realise that it's a YOU problem and you work on it, whilst giving your girlfriend freedom. Everyone deserves to be friends with whomever they choose and your being “uncomfortable” with it is irrelevant IMO. You need to either trust her or break up.
It devalues you in bed. You have no idea what you're doing and you don't have the cushion of intimacy and trust to fall back on because you haven't tried to develop those. Why would any woman be a fuckbuddy to an inexperienced, socially awkward guy who doesn't even want to get to know her better?
