  1. stayed at each one for more than 3 months before realizing they weren't doing anything

You didn't mention this in your original post. How is anyone supposed to know this if you don't say it?

    I never trust them either

That's why it's not fucking working. Because you refuse to trust the process.

  2. She lost her mother at age 16. She wasn't just “handed” a bunch of money, she went through something horrific.

  3. Yes exactly. He’s not grasping the seriousness for me. Like I actually have a visceral reaction when I look at it and he thinks it’s a big joke.

  4. I guess that people ask this often cause they feel trapped or something like they partner keep saying that it is okay

  5. Yes, it’s homophobic and invalidating to real lesbians to spread fake ‘lesbian magically becomes attracted to man!’ stories.

Yes, it’s really ignorant to not understand that there is a difference between attraction and gender presentation. To not understand that how someone views themselves doesn’t magically change depending on who they are attracted to.

  6. I would knock on his door, and politely ask “Hey, can we talk for a minute? I feel like things aren’t going well between us. I feel like neither one of us is happy. I feel that neither one of us is having their needs met. I’m not sure that you and I are a compatible couple. I think it would be best for both of us if we were no longer BF/GF.”

Talk through it all with him for a little while. Let him know you think he’s a good friend, just not someone you are comparable with romantically. Then work out your housing arrangements.

    GL, friend.

  7. The family of the bullied child may try to sue for emotional duress or something along those lines. Please let your husband know that, depending on where you live people are taking cases of bullying very seriously now days.

  8. It’s just so hot to let go, we were planning on getting married once he finished school in a year. He was so kind up until this point.. I really can’t tell if he is cheating on me or not. I don’t know if it’s my intuition or if I am lacking a trust in him. Do you think he is cheating?

  9. Sounds like the boyfriend went with the better option. You know the one he has a ton in common with, the one that he has liked since he was a kid, the one that likes him for him and not just because he is super cute, the one that didn’t fuck some other dude. No shit your family doesn’t have a problem with it. There are lots of fish in the sea. This isn’t the one you were supposed to land. I would recommend some professional therapy about your feelings and how to handle it moving forward, and just take care of you. Let them enjoy themselves without you interfering.

  10. It could be about terms, but if it were me I think I would struggle at the… difference of standing, if that’s a good way to say it. You will be a father, both biologically and legally, but she won’t be a mother. Another woman, who is an ex to you, is the mother both biologically and legally. She would always remain on a different level than you. She has no rights to him if she started to love him (and something happened to you) and he would probably always love the two of you unequally. It’s also a permanent tie to your ex.

You’re very welcome, I hope things go well with the lawyer.
