You need to make sure it is your child first of all. You can get paternity tested whilst pregnant, so maybe think about asking her to do that. Kind of sounds like she’s tried to trap you to be honest, so absolutely get paternity checked first.
4 months is already too late for an abortion in most places, and it sounds like OP wants her baby. He shouldn't be allowed to get off with no child support. He helped create this baby and needs to do the bare minimum and provide for it.

She’s currently on birth control but I definitely got some sauce in there yk so idk I’m just young and scared and we’ve talked about what we’d do but since we are still young our parents play a bigger role in our life still and her mom would kill her
Some advice I wish I'd been given: when someone shows you who they are, believe them.
She showed you she isn't ready for a relationship or to treat you well and that's fine. You are still involved with the group so a short text saying something like it is what it is but I'm no longer interested will do the trick and keep her at arms length.
