I mean, they were both drunk… It's the girl's fault and his friend's fault for letting them be stupid while they were drunk; otherwise, by the same standard, he was also kissed and so violated. When you bought the condo together, did both of you put your names on it? You'd likely need to sell and split the proceeds, or buy him out of his share. Which is unfortunate, because making a huge financial decision to “save a relationship” is a really, really ill-advised thing to do (though I don't need to tell you that now).
