I don't see that in the OP. Is that in a comment OP made somewhere? Regardless, it sounds like OP's cat is the instigator and OP has already tried some things unsuccessfully. Her bf has has a cat he's trying to protect, too.
If the cats can't live together, their options are limited. It's his house, OP's cat is the instigator, it's OP's cat that has to go. All that remains is whether or not OP wants to move out with her cat, or if she wants to stay with her boyfriend and re-home the cat. And that's a choice only she can make.
