You need to sit her down and communicate this with her. I feel like you're being fairly unreasonable with her considering you don't talk about your problems at all, you just deal with them which in turn is probably horrible for your own health. As for her, she needs to learn how to budget for herself and be an adult at the same time.
We both tried to set boundaries.
I suggest you break up. Not because you don’t love each other, but because you do. Long distance relationships are like cakes without sugar, completely pointless. Just start dating again when she’s back.

Started down that path last night and she softened up a bit…enough to keep me from walking out the door. I should add that we online together, which is why this hasn't been an immediate deal breaker, she rarely lets me out of her sight, so I doubt she has time to physically cheat…but rather she doesn't seem all in.
If you do stress honesty in your relationship, and she does not lie to you in general, then there is a way forward. Assuming it was a moment of weakness, she regrets while also not doing anything physical, I would consider it salvageable.
However, it would only on condition she maintains as little contact with that guy as physically possible, even if it means being rude. Additionally, she should start shutting down any attempts to flirt with her properly and in direct manner from now on. If other participants can't handle it means she definitely should not stay in contact with them anyway.
If she agrees to that and follow through with it, I would stay with her in your position.
