Love does not conquer everything. You two are already toxic to each other and your daughter is suffering the consequences by learning how a relationship works, to her detriment.
You need to file for divorce and do better for your daughter.
Are you really that unsure about your decision regarding kicking out a man who repeatedly tried to sexually assault you multiple times that you need insight?? I swear, red flags and warning signs should be a required curriculum for teen girls in school so they don’t spend much of their life being unsure of what abuse it, or red flags. Might even prevent some from getting into relationships like that.
If it’s just validation you are seeking, then yes, your decision is very much valid.
She hates therapy or drugs. I know she is walking around eggshells. Normally she is overly argumentative, yells when talking, and yells more when arguing so meaningful talks are something we never had. I get so triggered I lock myself in a room to calm down.

Here's what you do in this situation; nothing. She's not single because of you. She's single because she's over the top insecure and likely made him choose between friends and her. He rightfully chose anyone but her.
So she reaches out and tells you she hopes you're happy? Well, you should be. Thank god your friend is away from her. But just ignore her. You didn't do anything. She's a fucking nut job. She's out of your life. There's absolutely no logical reason for you to ever engage with her.

I would never want to be friends with a cheater. They will throw anyone under the bus, they are cowards, lie, and are the most selfish people because they do not think of anyone but themselves.
