I work in construction, as does my partner. I cook dinner, and he makes lunches. He washes the dishes I dry and put them away. I wash the laundry he hangs it up. We are both older and we are both tired and ache but we still have to eat and clean the house. Full-time work for both partners means and equal splitting of the chores. Stop coddling him he can cook on weekends at very least.
