So you’ve said she’s the most caring, loving person blah blah blah that would do anything for anyone? She’s not going to cut contact with her ex for you though is she? Sorry OP but it doesn’t look good. Why would anyone think it’s ok to go out and see an ex at a bar at 12am, whilst with their new partner. She’s putting his needs before yours.
It sucks but you can only control yourself. She is ruining her relationship with him by the way she talks to him. He will never want to be around her and he will prefer you the longer she treats him that way.

You are an adult and capable of making your own decisions.
If you want to move to the UK, go for it.
