How do I approach in an adult way to basically tell her to stop their “platonic” relationship?
You don’t get to tell her that. What you DO get to tell her is “this is becoming a dealbreaker for me; you can do what you want, I’m just giving you fair warning how I feel about it.”
The distinction is subtle but important. You can’t tell another adult what to do, but you CAN walk away from a relationship at any time.
