2. Thanks for explaining when I somewhat misunderstood. I want to say it's out of character, but I'm also not sure because he said that I “don't know how he is at work” because it's “none of my business”, so I'm not sure if it is out of character. He also didn't tell me about how he returned the award until after he didn't get the promotion weeks later and only because he wanted to ask if that was the reason why

   I think it all happened so fast that it seems sudden to want to leave him, but I came to that conclusion because he doubled down when we talked a second time and said he viewed me the same as his manager for “not taking his side” before distancing himself, so the way he treated me kinda made me feel like he was done too because I disagreed with suing and when he said he did nothing wrong and didn't want therapy too. So that's where I'm at, and it's all so surreal and fast, but I didn't know what else to try after he saw nothing wrong and didn't want help
