You need to know that this behavior may push him away so work on it. Meditate, focus on helping others or something that gets your mind off your relationship.
This was orchestrated primarily by your mother. Now you are an adult and get full say in how this plays out, plus its your marriage. The thought of you missing out on a father/daughter dance seems really sad and unfair. There is more then one way to approach this. You could have a dance in which the time is shared equally, or you could have 2 separate dances for each of them, its your wedding and get to do it how you want. Whatever happened all those years ago is irrelevant in the present. Any residual resentment your father carries is his problem to work out and has nothing to do with the relationship you have with him or your step dad, and you should not be the one who pays any kind of price for choices made for you as a child.
Do what makes your heart the happiest. I imagine it would be to somehow honor both of them for their roles in your life.
