You should walk away and stay out of it. You don’t know what kind of shit that telling her will bring. Men have harmed mistresses for less and no telling how the wife would potentially react to you. Your safety should be top priority. It’s alright to be pissed, but if things go south, which is entirely possible, do you want that on your plate?

I think I would make sure they aren't assuming you are exclusive. I kind of doubt they are. And no, I wouldn't share much information about the women with each other. But if and when you decide to have a main partner, sure, you could broach having an open relationship. In a way that's not much different than what you have now, except for the commitment part. You might want to see what the web designer's general feelings are on ethical non-monogamy. I know it's pretty common to read about, but it's less common in practice.
