Honestly…..to sum it up I struggle really badly with mental health issues and I often lash out at people I love over small things they do bc it is something my brain overthinks and turns into something awful. I caused him sleepless nights and a lot of stress I was unmedicated and not in therapy and didn’t realize it wasn’t something I couldn’t control. So he moved out on his own and I don’t think he trusts that I’ve changed enough to move back in together.
