She had unprotected sex with someone else who gave her this little present and for some reason your now again girlfriend is too afraid to come clean about it. Also she knows it but claims that you gave her that STI knowing full well that you can't prove that you didn't (your test is very likely to come back positive for it). Which brings us to her very questionable morals. How do you think that whole relationship will work out when her first move is to claim that you lied about not having had sex with someone else the past four months, also claiming that you gave her an STI while perfectly well knowing that she did have unprotected sex and most likely contracted the STI from that someone?
Your friend is an idiot. You boyfriend explained why he doesn't think you should do coke. If you already have anxiety he is absolutely right in advising you to stay away from it.

Regardless however, she yas made some wrong life decisions, but wants to avoid consequences by leeching off your current life.
You can not know whether she has changed, when people want and need they can pretend to be some very different from their real self. I mean just read posts here, how people keep finding out after many years their partners is much different than they thought.

Your boyfriend is creepy for developing this faux friendship with this young lady. Even without proof of cheating, the lying should be enough for you to end it. He wouldn’t have lied if it was innocent. It sounds like he is using you as his cover for his church folk but his friendship with her is not 100% platonic.
He sees them like weekly I’d say… maybe not every single week but when I’m working on a Friday or Saturday night he will go hangout with them… they are in large group chats that they talk in all day and stuff… play fantasy sports, etc
