Usually I don't jump to break up with him. But, get this immature, disrespectful, man child out of your house asap. We never should be a mother to our boyfriends and husbands.
So he’s been cheating on you for your entire relationship. Or rather he has been cheating on his GF with you for almost a year.
So what would you do if you were in her shoes? You would dump him, then tell everyone that he is a cheater, and cannot be trusted.
So do that.
End the relationship.
If you know the details of the GF, then tell her that he has been cheating on her for nearly a year.
If you know any of his friends or family, then tell them as well (they likely won’t care, but on the off chance they have morals maybe they will.)
If he's offering to just pay your bills while you work on your degree and he's not attaching any strings to it, then by all means, that's a great gift.
If he's only offering because he wants to get something else out of you, that's a red flag.
Seriously you didn’t feel soreness? How can you blame someone about rape over a false memory you are inventing otherwise. Be very careful how you state this to people, the law will not protect you if caught lying.
