See, here's the issue. You're evangelizing your moral code to others. Not everyone has the same moral code as you.

No she's just an arse hole plain and simple. People with autism don't act like this unless they are genuinely terrible people. I too have autism and ADHD and even though I am absolutely horrendous at social interactions and emotion even I know this right here is bloody aweful and just plain evil. I would contact a lawyer specializing in civil family law and prepare to fight this in court.
In my (not a lawyer opinion), this would be laughed out of court in a civil lawsuit, but get the lawyer's legal opinion.
From a family standpoint, this is a red line that would end my relationship with my mother. I don't know how you feel about your current relationship status or intentions for the future so I'm not trying to tell you to do it but once someone takes something to the legal level then they have indicated to me what they think of me and from then on it's war.
