4. My ex husband was a personal trainer for years. There’s something about listening to a woman’s feelings, supporting them through difficult situations, encouraging them to believe in themselves and then celebrating them when they reach their goals that makes some people attracted or feel emotionally connected to their trainer. I see this as more of a symptom of the woman not getting this from home than personal trainers are looking to get with your girl.
