Yes, there's a chance you could save things. I don't think she'd agree to meet if she truly had zero interest in working things out.

That said, you need to come to the conversation with actionable ideas for change, not just vague promises and platitudes. For example, you could tell her that you've realized you didn't put enough care into planning dates, so if she's open to it, you would like to take her out to do something once a week (or once every 2 weeks, depends on how busy she is).

You could suggest that this doesn't have to mean you're officially back together, but could be more like the initial dating phase. In fac, you could even just say something like “I want to date you for real. I don't want our old relationship back. I want to build something better, where we start from the top again and we don't lose the romance.”

This is just one idea, but I hope you get the picture. You don't need to make this exact commitment, but you do need to come to her with a genuine plan about how you're hoping you could move forward.

Also: validate her. A lot. If she says you didn't give her time, agree, and tell her you've realized that you weren't prioritizing her. If she says you made her feel taken for granted, lead with “I can see how my behavior hurt you, and there's no excuse for it. I've thought a lot about how I could change.” etc. etc. etc.

If you're spend a ton of time in this conversation repeating that you didn't mean to hurt her, that you didn't try because of reasons xyz, that you never had any bad intentions, etc. you will likely lose her. Focus on validating her, not defending yourself.

You didn’t do anything wrong; just trying to gauge the depth of her lack of common sense.
