  1. The key to what you wrote is in the words “can't control it”.

People can have broad swings in emotion or sudden highs and

lows and thats pretty much the way life works. However if you have no control

over whats going on that is your cue to drop by your

Healthcare provider and have a talk. There could be any number

of causes for what is going on, and the fact that you have borne

children adds to the possibility of an imbalance needing to

    be checked out. FWIW.

  2. So he told you not to expect him to go all out (understandble, holidays just passed and y'all have only been together a year barely) and you still got upset he didn't go all out?

  3. To OP saying that your money is for you to spend. Yes and no. Yes it’s your money but no, if you see a long-term future with your partner, you need to make sure financial visions are aligned. Just looking at houses on your own and then dropping that bomb on your partner just doesn’t sound like you see any future with her. How can you be looking at houses for a few months and only tell her once you found something? Does she want a say in this? Or does she just wants to tag alone and feel involved? Ultimately it’s your decision, but it’s a fair request to be involved in such a major lifechanging purchase. Finances are one of the major reasons people break up or divorce. It sounds like you need some serious discussions on this topic (how to go about the house you buy, what if she moves in, will she save up for her own house, how do you see finances long-term: split/shared, etc…)?

  4. What is it with American and race? And even just the concept of calling it race… In my country, just talking about other skin colour as races is racist. We had to learn the “way american see it” in english class like “yeah you know how you've always been told that's racist? Well, anyway, that's not considered racist there”. I don't even understand saying “i'm half white”. Anybody ever heard of Spain?

Why is it such a big deal to be white or not? At some point, he knows who you are. Doesn't matter why you are who you are. He either likes who you are, or doesn't.

  5. Yeah, he's gay or bi and doesn't know how to deal with it.

His response is horrible and he keeps attempting to assault you. I hope you get out of that situation soon and be careful. You never know if he starts stalking you to attack you because he feels rage and decides to blame you for “doing something gay”!

At the same time, if comes to terms with it and then decides to be all “ooh apologies, frens?” I'd say no and keep the distance.

On AITA I read a post about a guy who was bullied in high school for being gay, then when he got to uni, one of his bullies was there and he came out to him, saying he liked OP. OP was not interested in him and wanted distance and this guy started harassing him to the point that OP kind of had to out him

  6. You're fine. If you can't cry in front of your gf then you are with the wrong person. You'll be fine tho. Respect yourself. Focus on yourself. If she stays, good. If she leaves, good. You focus on yourself first and foremost. You feeling sad about losing is normal. It's important to understand that it's a respectable emotion. It's not an L. At the same time, you shouldn't devalue yourself because you cried.
