You’re loud and wrong. Using physical force to remove someone against their will is considered a misdemeanor assault charge in most states. It’s a misdemeanor c assault in my own state.
I’ve also been assaulted. Would I have preferred my assailant have physically removed me from a party, forced me into their car, and brought me Taco Bell? Of course I wish that. But that doesn’t negate the very real likelihood that what OP did would meet the legal definition of assault.
Again: I’m sincerely sorry for your own loss. But you and OP are the only ones trivializing assault here.

But the real issue is why you’re married to him if you can’t communicate with him.
I think the fact that you're even posting this shows your character. You're obviously a good friend. Maybe give her some numbers to call, or if you know a good therapist she could go to? Does she have a partner?
You could also offer to mind the kid she does have now from time to time at the weekend to give her a little break, or surprising her with something cute, like an evening in or flowers or chocolates or even treat her to a lunch out where she can bring the baby, too, if she can't get anyone to mind him/her. She sounds like she's going through a tough time and I know when i was going through bad spells of depression even someone sending me a text brightened me up a bit, even for a few mins.
Remind her that you're there for her and are willing to help, which will make the pregnancy and preparing for the baby much easier for her. You are a good person.
Not sure. “Keeping score” sounds petty. But pointing out all the effort you put in to a relationship and how the other person doesn’t reciprocate is totally valid.
Could I sit on the couch at home all day every day doing nothing, and then accuse my wife of keeping score if she said “can you help around the house instead of me doing it all?”
I'm LDR currently due to the military. I'm a smoker so my gf gave me a zippo with my daughter and her etched on it. I use it every day so it's nice to see them constantly on that picture.
