I’ve definitely felt this already.. i really just wish if this is not what he wants he would have the courage and dignity to be honest and tell me that… like you said. There’s been a few situations other than him going on vacation with his sister other than me, that I’ve felt pushed to the side and his sister can budge in and make sure her emotions and problems are heard by him. I’d suggest husband spends some real time getting his head around this and perfecting the language. It would be wise to test the other kid too, though I think if he DOES have to have this talk with both of them, it should be separately.
Then, once he is able to be calm and loving about it (and NOT BEFORE), do a fishing trip. Get the son a present— or better yet, have something to give him that is his dad’s and used to belong to grandpa. Something passed down from father to son. That way, there will be no question for the little one that his dad doesn’t think differently about him. Of course, don’t vilify their mother, even though she is a monster.

If you read OPs post you could've saved yourself the trouble, he sees marriage as the first option and child support as the second. Possibly leaning towards child support, a decision that requires knowledge of child support.
I really do not know how you can be so callous as to have no sympathy for this situation that you do not know the details of (I guess its easier to make up your own). Who wouldn't feel like they fucked up their life in this position?
(Just to clarify, the conclusions are assuming unprotected sex, and assuming that op is whinging when he is literally just asking how much he will have to pay from as many people as people)
I would do all this before confronting him. After you find your answers, then come back here for tips on approach. You confront him now, you will just be giving him a heads up to hide and cover what he can from you.
